"Top rate service"
Worked hard to fix minor issues. We purchased a truck from this website and all went well until delivery when I and Willis Purdue who was our sales agent at the time noticed a problem with the tires. We went to a local dealer, they removed all tires, removed the rims, rotated, balanced and re-pressurized them. Test drover it again with me and amede sure I was happy. Willis Purdue always goes overboard in helping the customer. Couldn't be happier with our salesman. Worked very hard with to get me the deal that I wanted. They delivered. All expences were supported by WozziMotors & Consignment. Great deal and great service.

Our sales rep, Wilson, was very considerate. He didn't push me into buying something I didn't absolutely love. He knew what we wanted to spend and didn't try to upsell us. Wilson has a great personality -- soft spoken and very caring -- definitely the best car sales rep we have ever dealt with.

I have purchased many cars through the years, but I have not had a more positive experience than buying a car online from this website. The salesman, Aurelio Wilson, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the care I was interested in and he went the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience. I would recommend this service and Wilson to anyone wanting a car or anything else they have for sale.

I was shopping for a used Mazda 3 on a moderate budget and I ran across a very nice one on craigslist. After several days of chatting with the seller, to make sure it was everything I was looking for, at a good price, I've started the transaction as instructed. It seemed to good to be true. Being from a website I had never heard of, and one that doesn't let you see the vehicle before hand, I was very skeptical. I googled "WozziMotors & Consignment" to learn what I could about the company, expecting the worst. Instead, I was surprised at the shear number of reviews, and that more than 95% of reviews were very positive, and the six negative reviews did not strongly suggest any pattern of deception or false dealing. I was impressed and willing to check out the process which I already started. Over the next four days, I was impressed the straightforward helpfulness of each interaction with the WozziMotors & Consignment employees. Instead of the smooth to smarmy help that inevitably seemed to be looking for a sales angle that I have grown accustom to before, I felt like I was interacting with top-notch customer service professionals. No pressure, informative, personable, and helpful. I appreciated being able to take the car to be inspected by my mechanic with whom I have a longstanding relationship. The shop was farther than preferred, but they were flexible and granted the longer drive with the private seller's permission. The purchase of the car went very smoothly, and they were *quite* accommodating of our large family of eight (six kids two to 10) during the delivery process on what would be the hottest day of the year.

"In Military buying from WozziMotors & Consignment good experience!"
I need a new car and had checked out www.wozzimotors.com web site. They had a car that I liked which was posted on craigslist. So I went ahead with the registration. The overall process was easy and hassle free, just as advertised, but the delivery was awesome. Daniel, who was the person in charge with all the paperwork, answered all the questions I've hadI gave it a good look over and a test drive and was sold. When I need another car this is where I come to.
